Abstract

The invention provides an automatic kelp airing system, which comprises an airing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and a strapping and harvesting mechanism. The transmission mechanism is used to hang the kelp onto the airing mechanism; the kelp is aired automatically by the airing mechanism; and the aired kelp which meets the quality requirements is strapped and cut automatically by the strapping and harvesting mechanism. The automatic kelp airing system provided by the invention has mechanisms with clear roles, and prevents disordered working processes. The mechanisms are easy to assemble and dismantle, which provides high flexibility. The kelp aired by the automatic kelp airing system is hanged throughout the process, so as to avoid contamination by dirt, sand, and weeds on the kelp. The automatic airing system only needs manual hanging of kelp strings and manual removal of nursery ropes. The airing, strapping, and cutting processes of the kelp can be done without manual management. The airing system has high automation performance, which can significantly save manpower and materials to cut the cost.
