[0073] Example 1: [ZrO][BMP] 0.9 [FMN] 0.1 :
[0074] Inorganic-organic hybrid compound ZrO(BMP) 0.9 (FMN) 0.1 Prepared by mixing two solutions. Solution 1 contained ZrOCl in demineralized water (2.5 mL) 2 ·8H 2 O (5 mg). Solution 2 contained riboflavin 5'-sodium monophosphate dihydrate (2.4 mg) and betamethasone sodium phosphate (21.6 mg) in demineralized water (25 mL). Solution 2 was heated to 50° C. and stirred vigorously (about 1000 rpm). Solution 1 was then injected rapidly with a syringe under intensive stirring. After stirring for two minutes, by centrifugation (at 22500Umin -1 15 minutes) a yellow solid separated. The nanoparticles were resuspended twice in demineralized water (25 mL) and centrifuged again to remove any remaining salts. Finally, a stable suspension was obtained by resuspending the nanoparticles in HEPES buffer (12 mL, 30 mmol / L, pH=7.4). Alternatively, the centrifugate was resuspended in demineralized water (3.1 mL). To this suspension was...
