The hydrogenation method comprises the following steps: carrying out hydrogenation reaction on hydrogen-containing gas and an anthraquinone working solution under a catalytic action of a catalyst to generate the oxanthranol-containing working solution; condensing, separating, filtering and pressurizing tail gas generated in a hydrogenation reaction process for recycling; filtering one part of the generated oxanthranol-containing working solution, and then removing the catalyst; carrying out cooling, filtering and security filtering, and then carrying out follow-up oxidation reaction; carrying out hydrogenation reaction on most oxanthranol-containing working solution again.
