Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-corrosion, explosion-proof smart IPM frequency conversion module. In the prior art, a frequency conversion module employs such technique featuring that the PCB adopts direct insertion components and cooperates with manual welding. This technique requires more processes, making it a complex one with low production efficiency. The frequency conversion module of the invention comprises a PCB, eight IGBT modules, a front cover plate, IPM plastic frames and a back cover plate. Each of the eight IGBT power modules comprises a heat radiation plate at the bottom, a ceramic copper substrate, a plurality of power chips, an IGBT plastic frame, a plastic sealing cover, and a position limiting post. According to the invention, while the anti-corrosion performance of the module is increased, the maintenance work can be done conveniently after a fault is detected, therefore, reducing the repair cost and increasing the utilization efficiency. For the design of a quartz ceramic explosion-proof device to the module, explosion can be prevented.
