[0038] A method for preparing a carbon-based electrocatalyst using the wings of the green-banded phoenix butterfly as a raw material, the steps are as follows:

[0039] (1) Take eight pieces of wings (about 0.14g) of the green-banded phoenix butterfly, put them into a hot kettle with 40mL of deionized water, and conduct a hydrothermal reaction in an oven at 100°C for 2 hours. After cooling to room temperature, take out the wings , placed in a 60°C oven for drying;

[0040] (2) Weigh an appropriate amount of dried wings in step (1) and immerse them in dissolved absolute ethanol, then put them into a lyophilizer, and freeze and dry them in a vacuum at minus 80°C for 48 hours;

[0041] (3) Put the freeze-dried wings in step (2) into a crucible, calcinate in a tube furnace at 1000°C for 2 hours in an atmosphere mixed with ammonia and nitrogen, and then ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a carbon-based electrocatalyst from an insect wing. The method comprises the following steps of performing hydrothermal treatment on the insect wing, performing drying or freezing and drying, performing high-temperature carbonization in a mixed gas atmosphere containing a nitrogen source at 500-2,000 DEG C, performing acid picking, and performing secondary calcination at 500-2,000 DEG C to obtain a carbon-based material; dispersing the carbon-based material in ethyl alcohol containing a perfluorinated acid solution, and performing ultrasound for 5-60 minutes to obtain an uniform electrocatalyst solution; dropwise adding the electrocatalyst solution onto an electrode, and performing drying to prepare the carbon-based electrocatalyst. The carbon-based electrocatalyst has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and good environmental friendliness, is convenient to operate, and also has excellent electrocatalysis oxidization-reduction activity, and a new solution scheme is provided for achieving function guidance design and performance optimization of a novel carbon-based material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to electrocatalysts, in particular to a method for preparing carbon-based electrocatalysts from insect wings. Background technique [0002] Carbon-based materials (graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon-based, etc.) are widely used as electrode materials due to their high electrical conductivity, excellent thermal and chemical stability, high specific surface area, and easy surface modification. Electrocatalysts or catalyst supports have attractive application prospects in the field of clean energy. [0003] Oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is a key step in fuel cells and metal-air batteries, and how to overcome the slow kinetics of ORR has attracted great attention. Traditional noble metal catalysts such as Pt, Pd, etc., limit their application range due to their high cost and limited reserves. In order to realize the sustainable development of clean energy, the development of carbon-based catalysts with low price, good stability an...
