The invention further provides an aluminum alloy paddle manufactured through the method. The manufacturing process is convenient to operate, simple and stable; and the aluminum alloy paddle profile manufactured through the method has excellent mechanical performance, meets various indexes of rotorcraft paddles, and can achieve mass production of the rotorcraft paddles.
