The material A is defoamed and cooled at vacuum by the defoaming cooling device for the material A and then is sent to the mixing unit, and the material B is defoamed and cooled at vacuum by the defoaming cooling device for the material B and then is also sent to the mixing unit. After being mixed in the mixing unit, the material A and the material B are sent to the buffer device and then are sent out to a perfusion port by the buffer device for perfusing.
