Abstract

The invention provides a polyester low-polymer protective agent, which is prepared from the following components in percentage: 10 to 30 parts of quaternary amination-aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether, 10 to 20 parts of sulfonating aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether, 1 to 5 parts of acrylamide methyl propyl sulfonic acid, 0.2 to 1 part of methylisothiazolinone, and 50 to 78 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the low-polymer protective agent. The low-polymer protective agent is prepared by mixing the proportioned amount of the components and preparing in a high-temperature reaction kettle. The low-polymer protective agent provided by the invention is applicable to dyeing superfine polyester fabrics, cheese, hank yarns, loose fibers and the like; during co-bath dyeing, the phenomenon that low polymers are dissolved to agglomerate on polyester fabrics or yarns so as to produce white powder can be prevented, the agglomeration of disperse dyes can be prevented, dyeing specks and dyeing flowers are avoided, and a dye vat is prevented from being polluted; when the low-polymer protective agent is used for dyeing the cheese, the dispersibility of the disperse dyes can be improved, and the dyed layer difference is avoided; the low polymers are prevented from agglomerating on the yarns, the phenomenon of white dew is effectively eliminated, and the yarns are endowed with excellent spooling and weaving performance; the low-polymer protective agent has no adverse impact on dye yield and fastness, and can also be used as a vat cleaning agent after dyeing polyesters.
