Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: calcining precursor magnesium aluminum type hydrotalcite to obtain a calcined product; after weighing the calcined product in a microwave digestion tank and methylbenzene-4-sodium sulfonate as an intercalator, sealing, and carrying out microwave heating in a microwave digestion instrument to finish synthesis; and washing with deionized water in which carbon dioxide is removed, drying under vacuum, grinding and storing. By the synthesis method established by the invention, the calcined product, the intercalator and the deionized water can be sealed in the digestion tank together, quick synthesis from a solid raw material to a solid product can be realized without stirring and dissolving, meanwhile, nitrogen protection is not required, pH value does not require to be adjusted with strong base, and the method is simple and convenient to operate, and is speedy and efficient.
