An ultrasonic wave generation module in the device is packaged in the front end of a pushing rod to generate the ultrasonic wave; the pushing rod is inserted into a hollow cylinder full of cleaning fluid; under the function of the pushing rod, the cleaning fluid which carries the ultrasonic wave flows out of a flange of the hollow cylinder to flow into an external auditory canal through a liquid gyrator, and cerumen is cleaned to flow out along with the cleaning fluid; after the cleaning fluid flows through the liquid gyrator, the cleaning fluid obtains initial kinetic energy which forms a certain angle with the axial direction of a nozzle of the liquid gyrator, the cleaning fluid can move round and round along the external auditory canal after flowing out of the external auditory canal to prevent the cleaning liquid from directly flowing to eardrum, and the safety and the practicality of the device are improved. The device adopts a digital ultrasonic wave technology, the ultrasonic wave parameter can be duly regulated according to the situation of the cerumen, and cleanliness can be improved by the cleaning of the cleaning fluid which carries the ultrasonic wave.
