Abstract

The invention discloses an elliptical vibration trajectory control method based on a microtexture model, and belongs to the numerical control machining field. The method comprises the steps that a microtexture surface equation is constructed according to microtexture design parameters, and microtexture machining parameters, cutter parameters and a cylinder datum plane radius are determined; the microtexture model is dispersed in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the cylinder surface on the basis of the microtexture machining parameters and the resonant frequency of an elliptical vibration device, and position vectors of all dispersion points are obtained; the vibration amplitude of an elliptical vibration cutting trajectory at each dispersion point is determined according to the position vector of the dispersion point, and elliptical vibration cutting trajectories of all the dispersion points are obtained; the elliptical vibration cutting trajectories of all the dispersion points are corrected according to an elliptical vibration cutting trajectory error and used for microtexture cutting machining. The elliptical vibration trajectories are effectively controlled according to the elliptical vibration cutting surface topography forming mechanism through the control method, then controllability of micro-nano texture generation is guaranteed, and the generation problem of random-shaped microtextures is solved.
