Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention is a kind of method utilizing inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to measure the germanium content of fabrics, which comprises the following process steps:

[0033] Step 1. Prepare instruments and reagents

[0034] Bruker M90 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer; ANTON PAAR microwave digestion instrument; Mettler-Toledo analytical balance (sensitivity 0.1 mg) was used.

[0035] Germanium and indium standard stock solution (1000μg / mL).

[0036] Hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and hydrogen peroxide are of superior grade, and the experimental water should meet the first-grade water specified in GB / T 6682.

[0037] Argon (purity greater than or equal to 99.99%).

[0038] Step 2. Configuration of standard solution

[0039] Calibration series solutions are prepared by diluting germanium standard stock solutions step by step, the medium is 2% nitric acid solution, and the gradient concentrations are 0.4, 1.0, 5.0, 10...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for determining a content of germanium in a plus material by using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The method comprises the following steps: preparing instruments and reagents; preparing a calibration solution; preprocessing a sample; testing; determining the sample and a standard solution; calculating the content of germanium in the plus material; and obtaining the content of the germanium in a textile test sample according to a calculation result. By adopting the method, the detection limit of the germanium is 0.02 microgram / g, and adding standard recovery at different concentrations is 85 percent to 115 percent. The method has the advantages of rapidness, high sensitivity and good accuracy.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a fabric detection method, in particular to a method for measuring the germanium content of fabrics by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and belongs to the technical field of textile quality detection. 【Background technique】 [0002] With the application of high-tech in textile production and the development of people's requirements for clothing in the direction of functionalization and health care, the research and development of differentiated and health-care fibers and fabrics has become the key to the development of the textile industry. Studies have shown that germanium has the functions of anti-virus, anti-oxidation, generating negative ions, promoting blood circulation, and improving physical fitness. [0003] Although germanium-containing products have been vigorously promoted and praised by enterprises, there are still relatively few researches on the detection methods of germanium-containing textil...
