Abstract

The emulsion pump is characterized by comprising a permanent magnetic direct drive motor and a non-gear-pair crank case, and an output shaft of the permanent magnetic direct drive motor is connected with the crankshaft ends of crankshafts through a low-speed and heavy-load coupler and keeps the same rotating speed with the crankshafts; the crankshafts drive connecting rods and sliding blocks to do linear reciprocating movement, and a uniform phase angle difference is formed between each connecting rod and the corresponding sliding block; and each sliding block drives a plunger to do linear reciprocating movement; an oil injection pump is adopted in the emulsion pump for forcible lubrication, and power of the oil injection pump is provided through an outer motor. According to the emulsion pump without the speed reducer, the permanent magnetic direct drive motor serves as a drive source, no gear transmission device exists in the crank case, and the problems of gear machining and assembling and running noise are solved. The crank case is compact in structure and small in size, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The crank case emits little heat, the transmission efficiency is high, power consumption is reduced, and expenses are saved. Due to the fact that the crank case is driven through the permanent magnetic direct drive motor, the starting torque is large during low-speed full load, the adaptability to the instantaneous overload is high, and the motor is protected against damage by large-current impacts and the instantaneous overload.
