Abstract

The releasing agent is composed of, by weight, 1.5%-2% of carbohydrates, 1%-1.3% of proteins, 5%-6% of glass cement and 90%-92% of pure water. According to a preparation method, the pure water, the carbohydrates, the proteins and the glass cement are heated and evenly stirred according to the formula ratio, and the releasing agent is formed after cooling. The pure water, the carbohydrates, the proteins and the glass cement are mixed into emulsion according to a certain ratio, and the emulsion is heated, stirred and cooled to form the releasing agent. The releasing agent is sprayed on the surface of a die, and a heat insulating layer is formed between the surface of the die and casting alloy, so that molten alloy is maintained to flow well in the die, and residual gas in the die can be smoothly exhausted.
