Problems solved by technology

At present, the photoelectrochemical electrode of titanium dioxide composited with cadmium sulfide is mainly used, but due to the weak electron transport ability of titanium dioxide itself, its technology has entered a bottleneck period.
On this basis, people use graphene to support cadmium sulfide, but the traditional two-dimensional graphene has limited cadmium sulfide materials due to its two-dimensional planar structure.

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0030] Implementation column 1

[0031] The preparation method of the photoelectrochemical electrode of a kind of three-dimensional graphene foam composite nanometer cadmium sulfide is as follows figure 1 As shown, the specific steps are as follows:

[0032] 1) will be as figure 2 The nickel foam shown is cut into a 1cm*1cm square.

[0033] 2) Place the square nickel foam in acetone, ethanol, and deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning for 10 minutes, and dry it with nitrogen gas for later use.

[0034] 3) Place the dried square nickel foam in the vacuum chamber of the CVD system to grow the graphene film to obtain the graphene film. The growth condition of the graphene film is normal pressure growth, the growth temperature is 700°C, a mixed gas of argon, hydrogen and methane is introduced (a special ratio of argon: hydrogen: methane = 200:80:5sccm...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a three-dimensional graphene foam composite nano-cadmium sulfide photoelectrochemical electrode. The preparation method is as follows: growing graphene on the nickel foam by chemical vapor deposition, removing the nickel foam by using an etching process to obtain a three-dimensional graphene foam. Then, the nano-cadmium sulfide is composited with the three-dimensional graphene foam by the chemical vapor deposition method. Finally, the three-dimensional graphene foam composite nano-cadmium sulfide was prepared as a photoelectrochemical electrode by the photoelectrochemical electrode process. Three-dimensional graphene has an excellent conductive grid and a large specific surface area, which provides sufficient conductive channels for cadmium sulfide to transport electrons and reduce photocurrent loss. This new low-cost, large-scale production-friendly three-dimensional graphene foam composite nano-cadmium sulfide photoelectrochemical electrode method will have potential application prospects in the field of photoelectrochemical electrodes and sensors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of photoelectrochemistry, and in particular relates to the field of preparation methods of photoelectrochemical electrodes of three-dimensional graphene foam composite nano-cadmium sulfide. Background technique [0002] Photoelectrochemistry is one of the ways to utilize solar energy, combining photochemical and electrochemical methods, absorbing light through metal or semiconductor electrode materials, generating energy accumulation or electrode reactions, and completing the conversion of light energy, electrical energy and chemical energy. The advantage of photoelectrochemistry compared with other methods of harvesting solar energy is its low cost, but the conversion efficiency is low, and electron-hole recombination is prone to occur on the electrode. Therefore, photoelectrochemical electrodes need to possess the ability to transport electrons rapidly. [0003] Cadmium sulfide is an intrinsic n-type semi...
