Problems solved by technology

This product can pass through the blood-brain barrier and occupy the NK-1 receptor in the brain. It has selectivity and high affinity. Although it is effective for delayed vomiting when used in combination with corticosteroids, aprepitant is expensive and is not covered by medical insurance. Within the range, most patients cannot accept it; and the incidence of adverse reactions of the drug itself is relatively high

Abstract

The invention discloses an acupoint application medicine for treating and preventing chemotherapy-induced vomiting. The medicine is prepared from following raw material medicines, by weight, 6-18 parts of inula japonica, 6-18 parts of pinellia ternata, 6-18 parts of honey-fried radix glycyrrhizae, 4-12 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 4-12 parts of ruddle, 10-20 parts of fresh ginger and 3-9 parts of jujube. The raw material medicines, except the fresh ginger, are ground according to the ratio into ultrafine powder through a traditional Chinese pulverizer. The fresh ginger is squeezed to obtain ginger juice which is mixed with the other raw material medicines to obtain a paste in proper thickness, which is then stored in a container for later use. When being used, a proper amount of the paste are uniformly smeared on a special adhesive plaster uniformly, and then the plaster is pasted onto Shenque acupoint and Zusanli acupoints at the two sides, wherein the plaster is pasted on each acupoint for 6 h every time by 1 time per day. The plaster is used from one day before chemotherapy to chemotherapy cessation. The acupoint application medicine is used for treating and preventing acute vomiting and later vomiting due to the chemotherapy, and also can be used for vomiting due to other reasons, and meanwhile can be used for effectively treating digestive tract symptoms of abdominal distension, inappetence, constipation and the like during the chemotherapy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an acupoint sticking medicine for treating and preventing chemotherapy emesis. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the curative effect of chemotherapy on thoracic malignant tumors, especially the chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has been paid more and more attention by scholars at home and abroad, and its application has become more and more extensive. However, while chemotherapy drugs kill and inhibit tumor cells, they also damage normal tissue cells. How to increase efficiency and reduce toxicity in chemotherapy and ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy is an important issue. Common chemotherapeutic drugs for thoracic malignant tumors include cisplatin, gemcitabine, vinorelbine, 5-fluorouracil, etc., especially cisplatin has a broad anticancer spectrum, strong effect, synergistic effect with various antineoplastic drugs, and no cr...
