Embodiment 1

[0026] In this embodiment, a carbon steel frying pan is prepared with Q235 carbon steel as a raw material, and the specific process is as follows:

[0027] (1) Carbon steel stamping and forming, sanding the inner surface of the carbon steel wok blank after stamping to remove rust and impurities on the inner surface of the wok;

[0028] (2) Sand blasting treatment on the inner surface of the frying pan: under the condition of 6 atmospheric pressure, (3) Nitriding treatment: Nitriding treatment temperature is 400°C, and the nitrogen-containing compound layer produced on the inner surface of the frying pan has a thickness of 0.035mm , the hardness Hv is 1700.

[0029] (4) blackening treatment;

[0030] (5) Soaking treatment: heat the frying pan to 200° C., and then immerse it in a 5 wt.% aqueous solution of sodium sulfate at 80° C. for 30 minutes.

[0031] (6) The wok after soaking in step (5) is taken out, rinsed with water, and dried to obtain the finished carbon steel wok. ...

Embodiment 2

[0039] In this embodiment, a carbon steel frying pan is prepared with Q235 carbon steel as a raw material, and the specific process is as follows:

[0040] (1) Carbon steel stamping and forming, sanding the inner surface of the carbon steel wok blank after stamping to remove rust and impurities on the inner surface of the wok;

[0041] (2) Sandblasting the inner surface of the frying pan: under 6 atmospheric pressure conditions, first treat it with 80 mesh quartz sand for 15 minutes, and then treat it with 100 mesh quartz sand for 15 minutes to achieve a uniform surface;

[0042] (3) Nitriding treatment: the nitriding treatment temperature is 480° C., and the nitrogen-containing compound layer formed on the inner surface of the wok has a thickness of 0.04 mm and a hardness Hv of 1800.

[0043] (4) blackening treatment;

[0044] (5) Soaking treatment: heat the frying pan to 250° C., and then immerse it in an aqueous solution of 18 wt.% sodium sulfate at 50° C. for 1 hour.

Abstract

The invention discloses a corrosion resistance process of a carbon steel frying pan, and belongs to the technical field of corrosion and protection of metal materials. Firstly, the inner surface of a carbon steel frying pan blank molded through punching is sanded; then, the inner surface of the frying pan blank is uniform and smooth through sand blasting; the frying pan is dipped by 0.5-2 hours in sodium sulfate water solution of 50-80 DEG C with a concentration of 2-20 wt.% after nitriding treatment and oxide treatment; and the frying pan is taken out for water washing and drying to obtain a finished frying pan. The carbon steel frying pan, treated by the process, prominently improves the strength and the corrosion resistance; and through 5 wt.% saline water or iron chloride solution dipping corrosion experiment, saline water or iron chloride solution is clear within 200 hours and free of rust.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of corrosion and protection of metal materials, in particular to a corrosion-resistant process for a carbon steel frying pan. Background technique [0002] Carbon steel refers to steel with a carbon content of less than 2.11% and no intentionally added alloying elements. The performance of carbon steel can meet the use requirements of general parts and tools, and the price is low and the output is large. However, ordinary carbon steel has poor corrosion resistance, and the surface treatment of carbon steel plays an extremely important role in its corrosion resistance. At present, woks made of ordinary carbon steel are generally made into finished woks after nitriding and blackening treatments. [0003] Nitriding treatment refers to the chemical heat treatment process that makes nitrogen atoms penetrate into the surface layer of the workpiece in a certain medium at a certain temperature.
