The high-performance heat-preservation thermal-insulation wall material has a sand ratio of 39-42%, contains 0.2-0.5% of silicon oxide aerogel based on dry materials, contains a water reducer of which the use amount is determined according to fluidity and has a water-binder ratio of 0.45-0.50. The preparation method comprises dispersing prepared silicon oxide aerogel in water, uniformly mixing cement, ceramsite, blast furnace slag and fly ash according to the above ratio to obtain a uniform mixture, adding a water reducer into water, carrying out strong stirring, carrying out casting according to a certain volume ratio and carrying out maintenance to obtain the high-performance heat-preservation thermal-insulation wall material with excellent thermal insulation and high strength.
