The combined sewage denitrification process comprises the steps that (a) sewage aeration, (b) automatic sewage circulation, (c) organic matter consumption, (d) nitrosation reaction, (e) anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction, (f) electrochemical reduction reaction and (g) re-oxygenating. The sewage denitrification device comprises an aeration column, a reaction column, an inflow pipe, a backflow pipe and an aeration head and is characterized in that the two ends of the inflow pipe are respectively communicated with the top of the aeration column and the bottom of the reaction column, a sludge layer and a packing layer are arranged in the reaction column, a heterotrophic bacterial colony, a nitrosobacteria colony and an anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacterium colony exist in the sludge layer, and the packing layer consists of reduced scrap iron.
