Each chitosan oligosaccharide mouth cleaning buccal tablet is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of chitosan oligosaccharide, 70-85% of alginate and 10-20% of moringa oleifera powder; and the method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the chitosan oligosaccharide, alginate and moringa oleifera powder; (2) adding pure water into the mixture obtained in the step (1), wherein, the weight ratio of the water to the mixture is (1:20)-(1:50); and stirring for 20-40min at 20-60 DEG C; (3) putting the uniform slurry of chitosan oligosaccharide, alginate and moringa oleifera powder obtained in the step (2) into a freeze-drying disk while controlling the thickness of the uniform slurry layer at 3-30mm; and evening the surface in a mechanical way; (4) putting the freeze-drying disk with the uniform slurry of chitosan oligosaccharide, alginate and moringa oleifera powder in the step (3) into a freeze drier, pre-freezing for 20-50min at (-20)-(-40) DEG C, vacuumizing and performing freeze drying until the water content of the freeze-dried membrane is 4-8% by weight; and (5) preparing the tablets containing chitosan oligosaccharide, alginate and moringa oleifera powder, prepared in the step (4), into buccal tablets by using a die cutting method.
