Problems solved by technology

The luminescent substances used in textiles are usually organic fluorescent dyes, which have bright fluorescent colors and good solubility, but they have no covering power, the light penetration rate is over 90%, and the weather resistance and heat resistance are not good.
Inorganic fluorescent powder has bright fluorescent color, good hiding power, good heat resistance, solvent resistance, light resistance, no color shift, and non-toxicity. It is widely used in LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source and laser light source, but Adhesives need to be added to bond to the surface of cotton fibers, which reduces the feel of cotton fabrics and the skin-friendliness of the human body

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of cotton fabric with a fluorescence radiation function. The method comprises steps as follows: (1), fluorescent powder is added to chlorinated 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole, and the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly stirred and heated to 90 DEG C; (2), the cotton fabric is put in a 20% (w / w) sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to be soaked for 1 min, washed with water and dried; (3), the pretreated cotton fabric is subjected to repeated padding in the solution obtained in the step (1), and the pick-up is 100%-120%; (4), the cotton fabric obtained after padding is heated for certain time under the microwave irradiation; (5), the cotton fabric is taken out, put in an ethanol solution to be cured for 40 min, then washed with water and finally dried. The preparation method is simple and easy to implement, the prepared cotton fabric has lasting fluorescence radiation performance, and meanwhile, the surface performance of cotton fiber cannot be changed; no bonding agent is used in the preparation process, and the cotton fabric doesn't have toxicity or harm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing functional fabrics, in particular to a method for preparing cotton fabrics with fluorescent light emitting functions. Background technique [0002] The functional fabric that can emit light under the light of the car is one of the functional textiles used in the civilian field. This functional textile can be widely used in transportation, night work, daily life and entertainment clothing and other fields. The luminescent substances used in textiles are usually organic fluorescent dyes, which have bright fluorescent colors and good solubility, but they have no hiding power, the light penetration rate is over 90%, and their weather resistance and heat resistance are not good. Inorganic fluorescent powder has bright fluorescent color, good hiding power, good heat resistance, solvent resistance, light resistance, no color shift, and non-toxicity. It is widely used in LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source an...
