The processing method has the advantages that the purified cotton fabrics obtained by the method enable the wash-and-wear grade to reach 3.0 or more, organosilicon is applied in actual production of the purified cotton wash-and-wear fabrics, and the obtained purified cotton fabrics have a wash-and-wear effect, also do not contain formaldehyde, are environmentally friendly, and are harmless to human bodies; and in addition, strong damage on the fabrics in the processing process is small, the influence on a fabric hand feeling is small, and the hand feeling of the fabrics obtained from processing is quite smooth and soft.
