Abstract

The invention discloses a screening method of resisting joint toxicity of heavy metals by trisodium citrate dehydrate. The screening method comprises the following steps: step one, preparing a mixed solution of multiple heavy metal pollutants; step two, determining LC50 of the heavy metal mixed solution by MTT; step three, by taking trisodium citrate dehydrate as an antagonist, sequentially mixing trisodium citrate dehydrate water solutions with different concentrations to be screened and the heavy metal mixed solution with concentration capable of causing the death of half number of cells, adding the mixture into a culture medium to be used as a cell line to be cultured; and step four, testing the survival activity of MTT cells, namely, poisoning for 24h, adding MTT, incubating for 3-4h, and measuring the survival activity of the cells, thus obtaining the resisting efficiency of the chemical antagonists with different concentrations to be screened. The screening method has the advantages that the screening rapid is high, the cost is low, and the antagonists with different concentrations can be screened simultaneously, so that the screening efficiency is high.
