Problems solved by technology

Most of these stents are balloon-expandable vascular stents, with large cross-sections of support ribs and connecting ribs and good support performance, but the flexibility of the stent is poor
Braided stents are braided by thin metal wires, most of which are self-expanding stents. Due to the smaller cross-section of the wires, the flexibility of the stent is higher, but compared with the cut stent, the support strength of the braided stent is weaker

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention relates to a new type of vascular stent. The design scheme of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings of examples of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

[0021] figure 1 Shown is a schematic diagram of the structure of the novel vascular stent of the present invention. It can be seen from the figure that the vascular stent mainly consists of two parts, which are support ribs 1 and connecting ribs 2 respectively. The connecting ribs 2 connect the two supporting ribs 1 and repeat alternately to form the whole bracket. The support rib 1 in the figure is processed by laser cutting and other processing methods, and belongs to the balloon-expandable vascular stent, and is mostly made of medical stainless steel. Its cross-section is rectangular, its cross-sectional area is large, and its supporting performance is good. ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel vascular stent and belongs to the technical field of stents. The novel vascular stent is composed of a cutting stent body and a weaving stent body. The vascular stent comprises supporting ribs and connection ribs, and the supporting rids are connected through the connection ribs. The supporting ribs are medical stainless steel cutting stents and of weave-shaped supporting ring structures, the cross sections of the supporting ribs are of variable cross section structures, and the cross section areas of the turning positions of the supporting ribs are the largest. The connection ribs are the self-expansion weaving stent body composed of memory alloy and woven by metal wires. The cross section areas of the supporting ribs are larger than the cross section areas of the metal wires of the connection ribs, and the supporting ribs are the main supporting portions of the stent. The connection ribs composed of the self-expansion weaving stent body are woven by thin metal wires, the flexibility is larger than that of the cutting stent body, the flexibility of the overall stent is improved, and meanwhile certain supporting performance is provided. To prevent the situation that the stent becomes narrower, the surface of the stent can be coated with a medicine coating, and slots can be formed in the surfaces of the supporting ribs for containing medicine, such as, sirolimus, taxol and rheum emodin.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of vascular interventional medicine, specifically, the present invention relates to a novel vascular stent, which is composed of a cutting stent and a braided stent, the supporting ribs are composed of a cutting stent, and the connecting ribs are composed of a braided stent made of metal wires. It belongs to the technical field of supports. Background technique [0002] At present, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is getting higher and higher, and it has become one of the three major diseases that endanger human life, health and safety. Vascular stenosis is a high-incidence disease that causes serious consequences such as heart failure and stroke. [0003] For the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular stenosis, the existing treatment methods mainly include medicine, operation and stent formation. Among them, drugs can reduce the relative risk of ischemic stroke by 13%, b...
