The dynamic delay scheduling method comprises the steps of judging whether a semi-persistent scheduling mode is opened or not and whether UE (user equipment) supports the semi-persistent scheduling mode or not; carrying out scheduling in the semi-persistent scheduling mode if the semi-persistent scheduling mode is opened and the UE supports the semi-persistent scheduling mode; judging whether a dynamic delay scheduling mode is opened or not if the semi-persistent scheduling mode is not opened or the UE does not support the semi-persistent scheduling mode, if yes, binding two continuous voice data packets to carry out scheduling in the dynamic delay scheduling mode; and if no, carrying out scheduling in a dynamic scheduling mode.
