Problems solved by technology

Usually, hydrogen peroxide bleaches at a high temperature, consumes a lot of heat energy, and is easy to damage cotton fabrics under high temperature conditions. Sodium silicate used as a stabilizer in the bleaching process is easy to form silica scale on fabrics and equipment, affecting processing. Effect

Embodiment 1

[0011] (1) Add dodecylamine polyoxyethylene ether with an ethylene oxide number of 10 in water, the mass concentration is 0.05%, after dissolving, adjust the pH value of the solution to 4.2, and add anatase-type titanium dioxide with a mass concentration of 0.1% Particles and sonicated for 10 minutes;

[0012] (2) Immerse the pure cotton fabric to be bleached in the above treatment solution with a bath ratio of 10:1, and irradiate the treatment solution with an ultraviolet lamp with a dominant wavelength of 365nm for 18 minutes;

[0013] (3) After the treatment is completed, the liquid is filtered to remove titanium dioxide particles, and a conventional amount of peracetic acid is added to the filtered treatment liquid to bleach pure cotton fabrics under conventional conditions.

[0014] After measurement, the whiteness of the pure cotton fabric after bleaching is 81.26%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for increasing the bleaching effect of pure cotton fabric using peracetic acid, and belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing. The following process is adopted: (1) adding lauryl amine polyoxyethylene ether containing 10 ethylene oxides with the mass concentration of 0.05% into water, after dissolution, adjusting the pH value to 4-4.5, adding anatase type titanium dioxide particles with the mass concentration of 0.1% and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10 minutes; (2) immersing the pure cotton fabric to be bleached into the treating solution with a bath ratio of 10:1, and using a UV light with a dominant wavelength of 365 nm to irradiate above the treating solution for 15-20 minutes; (3) after completion of the treatment, filtering the solution to remove the titanium dioxide particles, adding a conventional amount of peracetic acid into the treating solution after filtration and bleaching the pure cotton fabric under conventional conditions. The purpose of the invention is to provide a method for increasing the bleaching effect of pure cotton fabric using peracetic acid; the ultraviolet excited titanium dioxide and polyoxyethylene ether containing 10 ethylene oxides are cooperatively used to pretreat the pure cotton fabric, so that the follow-up bleaching effect of the conventional peracetic acid is improved greatly, and the whiteness of the fabric is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the peracetic acid bleaching effect of pure cotton fabrics, belonging to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing. Background technique [0002] Pure cotton fabrics can be bleached to remove natural pigments, improve fabric whiteness and dyeing vividness. Impurities not removed in the previous process will be further removed in bleaching. Bleaching agents usually fall into two categories: reducing and oxidizing. The whiteness stability of the product after reduction bleaching is poor, so it is rarely used in the cotton fabric bleaching process. There are many kinds of oxidizing bleaching agents, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, sodium chlorite, peracetic acid, sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate, etc. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching products have high whiteness and whiteness stability, and also have the advantages of wide process applicability and environmental friendliness.
