Abstract

The invention discloses a method using molasses, alcohol, and waste undecanted wine to culture monoraphidium to produce diesel oil. The method comprises the following steps: diluting waste undecanted wine, taking the diluted waste undecanted wine as the basic culture medium for oil-producing monoraphidium; adding inorganic salts into the basic culture medium, adjusting the pH value by NaOH to produce a culture medium; adding 250 mL of the obtained culture medium into a conical flask (500 mL), sterilizing, adding oil-producing monoraphidium, culturing monoraphidium; collecting the cells by a centrifugal separation method, extracting the grease by a chloroform / methanol extraction liquid, and finally adding 2 mL of sulfuric acid-methanol solution (3%) into the extract to carry out methyl esterification reactions so as to obtain the biodiesel oil.
