Every liter of purified water contains the following ions in milligram by content : selenium ions which are less than or equal to 0.01 in milligram by content, strontium ions which are less than or equal to 0.08 in milligram by content, zinc ions which are less than or equal to 0.064 in milligram by content, iron ions which are less than or equal to 0.5 in milligram by content, sodium ions which are less than or equal to 110 in milligram by content, potassium ions which are less than or equal to 0.2 in milligram by content, molybdenum ions which are less than or equal to 0.01 in milligram by content, and metasilicic acid which is less than or equal to 13.62 in milligram by content. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the selenium-enriched water. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking water, performing aeration, performing coarse filtration, performing fine filtration, performing sampling detection and performing sterile filling.
