The process comprises the following steps: processing an alloy steel wire into a raw alloy steel filament; then heating a hydrogen manufacturing furnace to 850 DEG C, carrying out ammonia decomposition, then introducing the decomposed ammonia into a purification furnace, then heating the purification furnace to 350 DEG C, and purifying the hydrogen from a decomposition furnace; and meanwhile, heating a high-temperature softening furnace to 1000 DEG C to 1020 DEG C, uniformly transporting the qualifiedly-purified hydrogen to a furnace pipe of the high-temperature softening furnace during heating so as to ensure that the alloy steel filament in the high-temperature furnace is not melted.
