According to the nutritional steamed stuffed buns, a production process is simple and the produced steamed stuffed buns have a mellow and tender taste, are delicious and are tender and palatable, can be used for filling hungry stomachs and also can meet nutritional elements needed by daily life of the children; and the color of the steamed stuffed bun wrappers is better than that of common steamed stuffed buns, so that the children can be attracted to eat. The steamed stuffed buns have reasonable stuffing configuration; and even if the children do not eat other foods, the nutritional elements needed by the daily life also can be met when the children eat the steamed stuffed buns prepared by the invention according to normal eating amounts.
