[0019] Application of rhizosphere soil watering and seedling direct inoculation

[0020] The test material is the millennium paulownia seedlings provided by Jianyang Forestry Bureau as an annual seedling. This experiment adopts the soil cultivation pot experiment, selects seedlings with consistent growth and planted them in plastic pots with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 10 cm in May 2014. Put 3kg of yellow heart soil of equal quality into each pot. In order to ensure the accuracy of inoculation of seedlings in the later stage, drop 10-15 drops of formaldehyde (formalin) disinfectant into each pot of soil, and cover the mouth of the pot with a plastic film for disinfection. The time is 24h. After the formaldehyde infiltration and disinfection in the soil is complete, the plastic film is removed, and the remaining formaldehyde is evaporated, so as not to affect the survival rate of seedling transplantation. The seedlings were implanted, and after a month of restorative ...

Abstract

The invention relates to endophytic fungus capable of promoting phosphorus absorption of aleurites montana. The endophytic fungus is alternaria sp. ZY4 and has been registered and preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on January 30th, 2015. The preservation number is CGMCC No. 10328. According to the invention, the endophytic fungus ZY4 of aleurites montana is inoculated to land culture seedling of aleurites montana by a bacteria liquid spraying method, and content of phosphor in aleurites montana is measured after 60 days of inoculation. The difference of phosphorus content between aleurites montana treated by the inoculated strain ZY4 and a contrast is significant. The strain ZY4 treatment is more beneficial to promote phosphorus absorption of a plant than a contrast.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an endophytic fungus capable of promoting the absorption of thousand-year-old phosphorus. Background technique [0002] The research on plant endophytes began at the end of the 19th century when Vogl isolated the first strain of endophytes from the seeds of Lolium temulentum L. ryegrass. However, a large number of studies on endophytes in plants began in the 1980s, mainly in vegetation in temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. [0003] Plant endophytic fungi have a wide distribution and many types. Previous studies have shown that endophytic fungi can be isolated from most plants. It can be seen that endophytic fungi generally exist in plants. Endophytes have been found in at least 80 genera and 290 species of grass crops worldwide. At present, the endophytes isolated from plants can be divided into three types according to their unique functions: plant growth-promoting bacteria such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria, potas...
