Embodiment 1

[0011] Step 1. Modification of chitosan: Disperse 6 g of chitosan in a toluene solvent and stir until uniform, add 5 g of butyl ketene dimer, 0.06 g of sodium hydroxide, and heat the reaction to 70° C. 4h. After the reaction, the chitosan derivative is obtained by separation and drying.

[0012] Step 2. Dissolve 2 g of chitosan derivative and 0.17 g of blocked isocyanate in 100 g of 2% dilute acetic acid solution to obtain a sustained-release coating solution.

Embodiment 2

[0014] Step 1. Disperse 6 g of chitosan in a chloroform solvent and stir until uniform, add 10 g of dodecenone dimer and 0.12 g of sodium hydroxide, heat up to 90° C., and react for 5 hours. After the reaction, the chitosan derivative is separated and dried.

[0015] Step 2. Dissolve 2 g of chitosan derivative and 0.15 g of blocked isocyanate in 100 g of 2% dilute acetic acid solution to obtain a sustained-release coating solution.

Embodiment 3

[0017] Step 1. Disperse 6 g of chitosan in a toluene solvent and stir until uniform, add 12 g of tetradecenone dimer and 0.18 g of potassium hydroxide, raise the temperature to 100° C., and react for 6 hours. After the reaction, the chitosan derivative is obtained by separation and drying.

[0018] Step 2. Dissolve 2 g of chitosan derivative and 0.13 g of blocked isocyanate in 100 g of 2% dilute acetic acid solution to obtain a sustained-release coating solution.

Abstract

The invention discloses a chitosan coating material with adjustable slow release performance and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: modifying the chitosan by the alkyl ketene dimers to obtain a hydrophobic chitosan slow release material, reacting the alkyl ketene dimers with active hydroxyl and amino in the chitosan chain and introducing a long-chain hydrophobic gene in the chitosan chain; and mixing a terminated isocyanate cross-linking agent and a modified chitosan derivative to prepare the slow release coating solution. The grafting ratio of the chitosan is different, the hydrophobic ability of the chitosan derivative is different, and the cross-linking degree of the material can be changed according to the dosage of the cross-linking agent, so that the slow release performance of the coating material can be adjusted and the purpose for adapting to different crop growth cycles can be reached.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fertilizer slow-release coatings, and relates to a chitosan coating material with adjustable slow-release performance and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Nowadays, there are many types of organic coating materials used in fertilizer slow-release coatings. Organic coating materials include polymers (polyolefin resin, polyethylene, polystyrene, alkyd resin, etc.), tar, rubber, latex, paraffin, etc. Asphalt, oil, etc., these organic materials are difficult to adjust the slow-release performance of fertilizers and cannot be degraded, which will cause pollution to the soil environment. [0003] Chitosan has very rich biological sources and is a biodegradable material. It can be widely used in medicine, surfactants, separation materials and other fields. Due to the presence of a large number of amino groups and hydroxyl groups on the chitosan chain, it has strong hydrophilicity and poor slow-releas...
