Abstract

The invention relates to graphene oxide and a preparation method and application thereof. The method for preparing the graphene oxide comprises the following steps: (1) opening a reactor, sequentially adding 220-240g of concentrated nitric acid, 15-25g of graphite scales and 10-26g of potassium permanganate into the reactor, and stirring and reacting the various components; (2) heating the reactor to the temperature of 50 DEG C, adding 410-460g of water, 4-13g of sodium hypochlorite and 5-8g of hydrogen peroxide, and reacting; (3) cooling, and centrifuging the various components in the reactor; and (4) collecting the precipitate, cleaning the precipitate by using water, and adding the precipitate into water; performing ultrasonic treatment under the conditions of the ultrasonic power of 400-700W and the ultrasonic time of 40 minutes, thereby obtaining the graphene oxide after the ultrasonic treatment. The method for preparing the graphene oxide disclosed by the invention is simple in process and controllable in process.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of new materials, and relates to graphene oxide and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Graphene is a carbon element composed of carbon atoms neatly arranged in a hexagonal lattice, with a very stable structure. Its perfect lattice structure is often mistaken for being stiff, but it is not the case. The connections between the individual carbon atoms of graphene are very flexible. When an external mechanical force is applied, the surface of the carbon atoms bends and deforms. In this way, the carbon atoms do not need to be rearranged to adapt to external forces, which also ensures the stability of the graphene structure, making graphene harder than diamond, and can be stretched like rubber. This stable lattice structure also enables graphene to have excellent conductivity. When the electrons in graphene move in the orbit, they will not be scattered due to lattice defects or the in...
