The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, roughly milling all materials, wherein 95% of the milled materials reach 40-50 meshes; then feeding the processed materials into a mixer and mixing for 3-5 minutes; and then packaging. The yellow-head catfish phagostimulant provided by the invention is convenient to use and free of toxic action.
