Embodiment 1
[0044] Example 1 Powder for Injection
[0045] Weigh 100 g of stilbene glycoside, 0.5 g of sodium metabisulfite, 9 g of sodium chloride, 40 g of mannitol, and 20 g of lactose, dissolve stilbene glycoside, sodium metabisulfite, sodium chloride, mannitol and lactose with an appropriate amount of water for injection, filter, and adjust pH to 6.7-7.4, sterilized by 0.22μm filter membrane, diluted with sterile water for injection to 1000ml, filled in 10ml brown glass bottles, 4ml per bottle, freeze-dried to obtain the finished product.
Embodiment 2
[0046] Embodiment 2 Dropping pills
[0047] Weigh 180g of stilbene glycosides, add PEG4000 2Kg as a substrate, and appropriate amount of liquid paraffin as a coolant; the liquid temperature is 50°C, the dropping speed is 12 drops per minute, the drop distance is 4.5cm, the length of the cooling column is 30cm, and the inner diameter of the drop opening is 2.5cm , coolant temperature 0°C (ice-water bath).
Embodiment 3
[0048] Example 3 Injection
[0049] Weigh 50g of stilbene glycosides, add 9g of sodium chloride, add water for injection to 1000ml, adjust the pH to 7.0-7.4, filter, fill the filtrate into ampoules of 2, 5 or 10ml, and sterilize at 100°C for 30min to obtain injection liquid.

Abstract
The invention relates to pharmaceutical activity study, particularly relates to an application of stilbene glycoside in preparation of an intestinal microecology preparation, and aims to provide an application of stilbene glycoside and pharmaceutically acceptable stilbene glycoside salt or stilbene glycoside ester in preparation of the intestinal microecology preparation. Stilbene glycoside can inhibit increase of a content ratio of firmicutes and bacteroidetes and improves the intestinal microecology disorder condition, thereby being expected to inhibit release of a series of inflammatory factors such as late intestinal endotoxemia and the like. Therefore, stilbene glycoside can be one good intestinal microecology preparation.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the study of drug activity, in particular to the application of stilbene glycosides in the preparation of intestinal microecological preparations. Background technique [0002] The gut is home to microbes known as the "gut flora". If the genomics of the gut microbiota is taken as a whole, the number of genes will be more than 150 times the number of host genes. These gut flora play an important role in the nutritional and metabolic processes of the host. At present, it is believed that the gastrointestinal tract and many organisms in its lumen together form an ecological unit, which is commonly referred to as "intestinal microecology". [0003] In 1998, Marshall proposed the concept of "liver-gut axis". The important role of changes in the intestinal microbial environment in the pathogenesis of various diseases of the liver has received more and more attention. A large number of studies have confirmed that the change...
