The brine is treated in a circulating efficient sedimentation zone, a circulating ultra-filtration zone, a nano-filtration zone and a high-salt reverse osmosis zone; the method is suitable for treating thick brine of which the salt content is 1-5%; to-be-treated water enters the circulating efficient sedimentation zone firstly and is stirred uniformly by a stirrer in the circulating efficient sedimentation zone, and temporarily hard ions are removed by adding lime, wherein the lime adding quantity is determined according to the temporarily hard level of the to-be-treated inlet water; then the water enters the circulating ultra-filtration zone, water is produced by membrane hole filtration during circulating ultra-filtration, and suspended solid granules are reserved in backflow liquid; a double-circulation operating manner is adopted in the nano-filtration zone, and a part of concentrated water flows back to the circulating efficient sedimentation zone and is further settled; and the other part of concentrated water flows back to the nano-filtration zone as inlet water, and the water produced in the nano-filtration zone enters the high-salt reverse osmosis zone and is concentrated by a reverse osmosis membrane and further desalted by high-salt reverse osmosis.
