The dosage form of the compound health product comprises oral dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, granules, oral liquid and dropping pills. The compound health product is mainly applied to vision care, brain care, and supplementation of nutrients such as calcium, zinc, iron, selenium, vitamin A and vitamin C necessary to bodies; and the compound health product is wide in use, significant in effect, and easy to put into industrial production, and has positive social benefits and economic benefits.
