Abstract

Plastic filling materials (a semi-soft filling material or a soft filling material) are filled into the cylinder. The cylinder can be provided with an aeration device and a pipeline. Then the purification cylinder is arranged under water to a certain depth and forms an inclined angle with the horizontal direction. Through the scheme mentioned above, the water in a deep position can be introduced into the cylinder, and then the water is purified in the cylinder and is conveyed to the water surface so as to increase the oxygen content of the water. Due to the enclosed cylinder structure, the problem that shallow water purification efficiency is very low for most aeration methods is solved.
