Problems solved by technology

However, it is usually difficult for low-toxicity pesticides to achieve the purpose of repelling insects and weeds. Therefore, it has become a research hotspot to develop a technology that can increase its utilization rate by controlling the slow release of applied pesticides, thereby reducing its environmental pollution.

Abstract

The invention relates to an allicin controlled release formulation. The allicin controlled release formulation is used for preventing and controlling bradysia odoriphaga. The allicin controlled release formulation is prepared from allicin, straws, clay, kieselguhr, beta-cyclodextrin and organic membranes. A preparation method of the allicin controlled release formulation particularly comprises the following steps: completely crushing the corn straws and sieving by a 200-mesh screen to obtain corn straw powder; mixing an allicin mother solution, the clay, the kieselguhr and the beta-cyclodextrin in the corn straw powder so as to obtain a mixture, adding the fully-mixed mixture into a granulator, and granulating to obtain solid particles with the particle sizes of 0.003-0.006mm; loading the surfaces of the solid particles with one layer of PP membrane; and drying the particles at 45-55 DEG C to obtain the allicin controlled release formulation. According to the liquid controlled release formulation, allicin is slowly released uniformly, the utilization efficiency of pesticides is greatly increased and the pollution of pesticide residue to the environment can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an allicin sustained-release agent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a straw-based allicin sustained-release agent and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biological pesticides. Background technique [0002] Allicin (Allicin) is an organosulfur compound extracted from the bulb (garlic head) of the Allium Sativum plant in the Liliaceae family, and is also present in onions and other Allium plants. The scientific name is diallyl thiosulfinate. Pale yellow oily liquid. The boiling point is 80-85°C (0.2kPa), the relative density is 1.112 (20 / 4°C), and the refractive index is 1.561. Soluble in ethanol, chloroform or ether. The solubility in water is 2.5% (mass) (10°C). The pH value of its aqueous solution is 6.5, and oily precipitates form when it is left standing. It is miscible with ethanol, ether and benzene. It is unstable to hot alkali and stable to acid. It exists in the bul...
