Problems solved by technology

Therefore, in order to reasonably determine the cause of seawater intrusion and the degree of seawater intrusion, it is necessary to combine the actual hydrogeological characteristics, groundwater isotope characteristics and trace element characteristics for comprehensive analysis, and this method is extremely complicated and costly.

Embodiment

[0048] Example Collection and analysis of groundwater and seawater intrusion monitoring samples in the Pearl River Delta, Guangzhou

[0049] 1. Groundwater sample collection

[0050] The sampling points were distributed in Guangzhou and the surrounding areas near the Pearl River estuary. A total of ten sampling points were set up. Groundwater samples were collected at each point with a sampling depth of 5-15 meters. These groundwater types are mainly rock pore water. A peristaltic pump is used to connect a soft rubber tube, and the soft rubber tube is placed in the target water body. The water sample is drawn at a rate of 10 mL / min. After 15 minutes of pumping, the polyethylene bottle is used as the sampling bottle for water sample collection.

[0051] In addition, seawater samples near Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, groundwater samples from Luoding City, Guangdong Province, and ancient seawater samples from Laizhou Bay, Shandong Province were also collected as controls.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for discriminating seawater intrusion through micro-particle analysis. The method includes following steps: collecting a to-be-detected underground water sample, transferring particles in the underground water sample to a transmission electron microscope carrying net to prepare a transmission electron microscope sample; analyzing characteristics of the micro-particles in the sample by the transmission electron microscope; and finally discriminating whether the underground water sample is suffered from the seawater intrusion according to the characteristics of the micro-particles and salinization of the underground water exists or not, which is used as a basis for discriminating the seawater intrusion degree. Meanwhile, accuracy of discrimination of the seawater intrusion in the underground water is improved by combination between the result of the analysis of the micro-particles in the underground water and isotope characteristics of the underground water, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity and such relative information of the underground water for comprehensive analysis. The method is simple and easy to carry out, is low in cost, can accurately detect seawater-enriched elements and compounds brought into the underground water by the seawater intrusion and meanwhile obtain abundant elementary chemical information, and is more accurate and high-efficient in result.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention belongs to the geological field. More specifically, it relates to a method for judging seawater intrusion using particle analysis. Background technique [0002] Seawater intrusion is the intrusion of seawater into groundwater aquifers in coastal areas. Seawater intrusion is a slow-occurring and long-term man-made natural disaster induced by human activities that strongly interfere with the natural ecosystem. It is concealed, changeable, and difficult to manage. It will lead to an increase in the salinity of groundwater and affect domestic and agricultural water use. , causing soil salinization, affecting daily life, industrial and agricultural production, etc. At the same time, the enrichment of some trace elements brought about by seawater intrusion will affect human health. Therefore, seawater intrusion is not only a natural science problem, but also a problem closely related to social and economic development, and its direct ...
