Problems solved by technology

However, chitosan is a polysaccharide with positively charged amino groups. Ordinary chitosan fibers are mostly prepared by high-temperature stretching and spinning process of alkaline sodium salt. Positively charged silver ions, and the nano-silver or nano-silver chloride particles formed on the smooth chitosan fiber surface have poor fixation performance and are easy to fall off

[0036]

[0037] Surfactants 1, 2, and 3 are respectively used: alkanolamide, dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the dosage is 0.1-0.5mol / L.

[0038] (1) When the concentration of surfactant 1 is 0.1 mol / L, the acid concentration is 0.001 mol / L, and the acid solution volume is 100 mL for 1 min, the weight loss of chitosan fiber is 1.14%. It can be seen from the scanning electron microscope that the fiber surface has obvious Defect

[0039] (2) When the concentration of surfactant 1 is 0.3 mol / L, the acid concentration is 0.01 mol / L, and the acid solution volume is 50 mL fo...

Embodiment 2

[0048] Impregnation and adsorption of silver salt by chitosan fiber

[0049] Take several pieces of pretreated chitosan non-woven fabric (10*10 cm 2 , The pretreatment method is according to Example 1 (4) and (7)), respectively immersed in silver nitrate solutions of different initial concentrations, and regularly sampled to analyze the concentration of residual silver ions in the solution. Chitosan without pretreatment Non-woven fabric as a control sample;

[0050] The pre-treated chitosan fiber shows selective adsorption of silver ions. Within the selected silver ion concentration range, the adsorption speed of silver ions is very fast within 10 minutes, and slows down after 20 minutes. The adsorption capacity accounts for 95-97% of the total amount of silver in the solution, reaching the maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity; the samples prepared by the pretreatment methods (4) and (7) in Example 1 show no significant difference in the adsorption rate of silver ions;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano silver chloride / chitosan fiber anti-bacterial dressing. The method includes following steps: (1) pretreatment of a surface of a chitosan fiber nonwoven cloth: spraying an acid solution onto the surface of the chitosan fiber to enable the acid solution to infiltrate into the surface of the nonwoven cloth, treating the nonwoven cloth for 1-5 min and then washing the nonwoven cloth with deionized water; (2) soaking the pre-treated nonwoven cloth in a silver nitrate solution with a concentration of 0.0048-0.036 mmol / mL with a normal-temperature shaking operation for 30 min; (3) draining the nonwoven cloth and air-drying the nonwoven cloth until the water content is 30-40%; (4) uniformly spraying a 0.036-0.27 mmol / mL sodium chloride solution having an equal saturate water absorption amount onto the surface of the nonwoven cloth, wherein molar number of the sodium chloride is 1.2-1.5 times than that of adsorbed silver, and carrying out a reaction for 5-10 min; and (5) spraying deionized water and quickly washing the nonwoven cloth, draining the nonwoven cloth and vacuum-drying the nonwoven cloth at 50-60 DEG C. The preparation method is high in silver recycle ratio. A nano silver chloride anti-bacterial material is stable in physical and chemical performances, is excellent in anti-bacterial performance or bacteria-inhibiting peroformance, is good in fixation performance of silver chloride particles to the chitosan fiber, and can be used as a medical wound dressing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of antibacterial material preparation, and in particular relates to a preparation method of nanometer silver chloride / chitosan fiber antibacterial dressing. Background technique [0002] Silver has good antibacterial function, broad-spectrum sterilization, and no drug resistance. Silver ion antibacterial agents and nano-silver antibacterial agents are the most commonly used silver-based antibacterial agents. Carriers of silver-based antibacterial agents include zeolite, phosphate, activated carbon and fiber materials. [0003] Silver ion antibacterial agents are widely used in anti-infection topical agents. However, the chemical properties of silver ions are lively, and it is easy to transform into a brown silver complex, which seriously affects the color of the wound skin after recovery. Moreover, for deep wounds, silver ions are easy to combine with wound muscle proteins, which is not conducive to wound healing. ...
