Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: (1) sequentially adding absolute ethyl alcohol and epoxy resin to a three-mouth flask, placing the flask in an oil bath pan, heating to 70 DEG C, and starting a stirring device so that the absolute ethyl alcohol and the epoxy resin are uniformly mixed; (2) pouring L-proline in a reaction system to prepare carboxyl-containing modified epoxy resin mixed liquid after complete reaction in multiple hours; (3) adding organic alkali to the modified epoxy resin mixed liquid prepared from the step 2 for neutral reaction at 60 DEG C; and (4) after the neutral reaction is complete, slowly dropwise adding deionized water under high-speed stirring to prepare the self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy resin emulsion.
