Problems solved by technology

For a long time, traditional separation techniques (solvent extraction, fractional distillation, steam distillation, adsorption, etc.) have been used to extract and separate apigenin A from celery seeds, which have the disadvantages of low efficiency, time-consuming, and waste. The modern extraction and separation technologies mainly include: ultrasonic technology, macroporous adsorption resin technology, ultrafiltration technology, enzyme engineering technology, microwave extraction technology, semi-bionic extraction method, ionic liquid extraction, supercritical fluid extraction technology, high-speed countercurrent chromatographic separation, etc. Although these techniques have improved the extraction efficiency of apigenin to a certain extent, their selectivity is poor and cannot be used for the purification of trace substances.

Abstract

The invention relates to an imprinting material with strong affinity and recognition capability on celery butyl-phthalide and a preparation method of the imprinting material. The material can be prepared by the following steps: firstly, adding celery butyl-phthalide, acrylamide and a pore foaming agent-acetone into a reaction kettle and performing ultrasound dissolution on the mixture at the room temperature for 5 minutes, leaving the mixture to stand for 4 hours for complete pre-polymerization to obtain pre-polymerization mixed liquid; then, respectively adding ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azo-bis-iso-butyrynitrile into the pre-polymerization mixed liquid, carrying out ultrasound degassing for 5 minutes, filling nitrogen for 15 minutes, sealing and placing the mixed liquid into water bath under a constant temperature of 60 DEG C to react for 24 hours to obtain imprinting polymerization; eluting the mixed liquid utilizing mixed solution of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid till no template molecule celery butyl-phthalide is detected in the eluting liquid; finally, washing away surplus ethyl acid utilizing ethyl alcohol, drying the eluted imprinting polymerization under vacuum at 60 DEG C for 24 hours and discharging. The imprinting material provided by the invention has high affinity capability on celery butyl-phthalide, overcomes defects of low-efficiency, time consumption, material waste and the like of traditional separation technology extracting celery butyl-phthalide from celery seeds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of molecular imprinting, which is a method of forming a complex through a non-covalent bond between a template molecule and a functional monomer in a suitable solvent, and then adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator to cause a polymerization reaction to occur, and then from the generated The imprinted material with three-dimensional holes that is completely complementary to the size, shape, and functional groups of the template molecule can be obtained by removing the template molecule from the polymer. This material can be applied to solid-liquid phase extraction and separation. Background technique [0002] The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine have the characteristics of complex structure, various types, low content and instability, so it is very difficult to separate and purify active active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine. At present, traditional separation methods such ...
