Abstract

The composition comprises, by mass, 20-40% of polyprotic acid, 25-35% of polyol, 3-8% of isocyanate, 3-8% of polyurethane-modified epoxy resin and 1-2% of a silane coupling agent. Through improvement of a synthesis technology and a formula, the preparation method of the high-solid content low-viscosity thermophilic digestion-resistant polyurethane adhesive composition is obtained. The high-solid low-viscosity thermophilic digestion-resistant polyurethane adhesive composition further improves high temperature and damp-heat resistance and solid content, reduces viscosity, satisfies high-speed production requirements and reduces VOC discharge. The high-solid content low-viscosity thermophilic digestion-resistant polyurethane adhesive composition has good printing adaptability, can resist thermophilic digestion at a temperature of 145 DEG C, and has good content resistance and high combined strength.
