The target signal processing device comprises a radio frequency receiving-transmitting system, an analog-digital converter, an FFT conversion module, a modulus circuit, a non-phase-coherent accumulation instrument and a CFAR detection circuit, wherein the radio frequency receiving-transmitting system is used for transmitting radio frequency signals to a target, receiving scattered echo signals, and mixing the echo signals with radio frequency signals to obtain beating signals; the analog-digital converter is used for conducting analog-digital conversion on the beating signals to obtain digital signals; the FFT conversion module is used for conducting fast Fourier transformation on the digital signals to obtain spectrograms, processing the spectrograms to obtain frequency values corresponding to peak points, and obtaining initial target distance signals; the modulus circuit is used for conducting modulus on the initial target distance signals to obtain signal amplitude values; the non-phase-coherent accumulation instrument is used for conducting non-phase-coherent accumulation on the signal amplitude values to obtain non-phase-coherent accumulation data; the CFAR detection circuit is used for detecting the non-phase-coherent accumulation data with a constant false alarm detection method to obtain target distance signals.
