Abstract

The method includes: identifying a signaling message in a process in which the network service application at a server side interacts with the terminal device; starting a power consumption parameter measurement process when the terminal device receives the signaling message so as to measure power consumption parameters in a process in which the signaling message is executed on the terminal device; and according to the power consumption parameters measured in the power consumption parameter measurement process, obtaining a power consumption corresponding to the signaling message.
