Abstract

The invention relates to a cluster service realization method, a system, a terminal, a base station and a cluster core network dispatch subsystem (DSS). The method comprises the following steps: a RRC connection establishment step; a cluster service context establishment step in which an E-UTRAN and the cluster core network dispatch subsystem (DSS) establish a cluster service context; a configuration step in which the E-UTRAN carries out cluster null interface configuration on a cluster service speaking terminal and a cluster service listening terminal; a paging step in which the E-UTRAN pages the listening terminal according to a paging message of the cluster core network dispatch subsystem; and a cluster service data forwarding step in which the E-UTRAN forwards cluster service data according to the cluster service null interface configuration. By the adoption of the cluster service realization method, the system and the network element of the invention, professional cluster services can be provided without being influenced by a LTE service.
