Abstract

The invention discloses an energy-saving slaughter wastewater treatment method which comprises the following steps: (1) filtering slaughter wastewater by using a full-stainless steel structured mechanical grid with grid gaps of 3mm; (2) pumping the wastewater filtered through the mechanical grid into a hydraulic rotation screen through a water pump; (3) feeding the wastewater through the hydraulic rotation screen into a comprehensive oil separation sedimentation regulating basin; (4) feeding comprehensive tank effluent into an anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor; (5) feeding anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor effluent into a middle sedimentation basin, and backflowing sludge into the anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor; (6) feeding middle sedimentation basin effluent into a composite vertical flow artificial wetland system; (7) feeding artificial wetland effluent into a disinfecting tank, and discharging after being disinfection by using chlorine dioxide. By adopting the method, the purposes of effectively eliminating pollutants such as organisms, ammonia nitrogen and SS (Suspended Solids) in the slaughter wastewater is achieved with low equipment investment and operation management expense, the effluent quality can meet the one-class discharge standards of the field, and a novel method is provided for energy-saving treatment on the slaughter wastewater.
