Abstract

The invention provides a resource configuration method, a network device and a base station. The method includes: generating a resource configuration command, which includes a resource proportion of configuration resource of at least one PLMN group and at least one PLMN group to wireless network total resource by the network device, by the network device, wherein the PLMN group includes a first PLMN group and the first PLMN group includes at least two PLMNs; issuing the resource configuration command to the base station for enabling the base station to distribute resource for each PLMN based on the resource proportion of at least one PLMN. According to the embodiment of the invention, resource distribution can be performed according to PLMN group, so that at least two PLMNs in each PLMN group can share the resource in the PLMN group.
