Abstract

The invention discloses a pretreatment method for simultaneously purifying persistent organic pollutants of multiple classes in an environmental medium. The method comprises the following steps: filling silica gel, alkaline silica gel, silica gel, acidic silica gel, silica gel, copper powder and anhydrous sodium sulfate into a sand core-containing purification column with an inner diameter ranging from 10mm to 12mm from bottom to top in order to obtain a self-prepared compound silica gel column; purifying and eluting an environmental medium sample containing the POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants) of three classes, including organo-chlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls and dioxins by using the self-prepared compound silica gel column for the first time to obtain the concentrated liquor of primary purification and elution; selecting a packed column having the inner diameter ranging from 8mm to 12mm, and filling glass wool, anhydrous sodium sulfate, activated carbon dispersed silica gel, anhydrous sodium sulfate and glass wool into the packed column from bottom to top in order to obtain a self-prepared activated carbon dispersed silica gel column; and carrying out purification and elution on the concentrated liquor of primary purification and elution obtained in the step 2 by using the self-prepared activated carbon dispersed silica gel column obtained in the step 3, and orderly separating to obtain an eluate containing the POPs of each class in the environmental medium sample containing the POPs of three classes.
